Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This recipe was simply delicious! Due to sodium restraints, I left out the olives, and didn't have artichoke hearts handy so used summer squash and eggplant instead. Also used no-salt-added diced tomatoes instead of the italian stewed.....even making those changes, this was an awesome dish!
