These are very good! The recipe is confusing...it says .5 cup water and then 8 fl. oz in (), it is 1 cup of water, I used about 1/6 cup apple sauce and yes the pudding is dry. They turned out wonderful! Also didn't see where to add protein powder so added with dry ingredients.
