I blended the cottage cheese until it was smooth. Also left out the whipped cream to lower the calories. The recipe doesn't say what size Jello so I used small. It tasted good.
LOVE THIS! I got the idea to add crushed pineapple from a previous post and it was perfect! I also used a sugar free orange jello. I am single so i make this at the beginning of the week and use it throughout the week for when i get a sweet tooth. Perfect ending for any dinner or even with dinner!!!
