Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I've made this before. You can cut tons of calories and fat by cutting the butter in half and not using cornflakes or butter on top, it just gives a nice look and crunch to the top but not ness. Also can use reduced fat cheese. Great with ham or as a side dish to any meal.
What does the butter do for the soup and sour cream? Also usig reduced fat cheese would lower the fat lower. Sounds good will give it a try
