Eating healthy is about learning how to limit the amount of "bad" foods you eat. The calories seem a lot lower than they could have been and I've had a similar kind and they taste awesome. You shouldn't go an eat the whole cake but one piece is fine and then you can share it with other people!
I can't believe anyone trying to loose weight would try this.... look at the carbs, let alone the sugar content.. what happened to eating healthy dessert receipes
