Ingredients

1 (18 oz) box - white cake mix (unprepared)
    3/4 cup - water
2 eggs (I used 1/2 cup egg beaters)
24 Oreo cookies coarsely chopped (I used reduced fat oreos)
1/3 cup - chocolate chips (I used dark chocolate)
1/3 cup - all purpose flour
    1/4 cup - melted butter (I used I can't Belive It's Not Butter - light)

Directions

Combine cookies, chocolate chips, flour and butter; mix well and set aside.

Prepare cake mix using water and eggs (batter will be thick).

Grease a bundt pan (I used non-stick cooking spray). Put 1/2 of cake batter in pan then add 2 cups of cookie mix on top of batter. Fill with remaining cake batter. Top with rest of cookie mix.

Bake at 375 for 30 - 40 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 5 - 10 minutes. Invert on a cake plate. Let cool completely.

If desired, drizzle with softened vanilla frosting before serving. (FYI: Frosting is NOT included in calories per serving.)

    Incredible!
Eating healthy is about learning how to limit the amount of "bad" foods you eat. The calories seem a lot lower than they could have been and I've had a similar kind and they taste awesome. You shouldn't go an eat the whole cake but one piece is fine and then you can share it with other people! - 2/4/09

My husband's birthday is next week & have been looking for something different. I will definitely make this for a different treat. I probably won't indulge, but his wrestling team will luv it!! (AFTER their weigh-ins of course) - 1/18/09
