It was good, but I substituted the dannon yogurt for non-fat greek yogurt, and bought the frozen mango & pineapple from traderjoes & added 1/8 tsp rum extract and stevia! Reminded me of a pina colada!
Yummy indeed but very high in cholesterol and calories for a shake!
