Apple Brown Betty
Based on Emeril's recipe but with some of my own modifications, mostly based on what I keep in the house and personal preference.
From the dr oz website also add tsp vanilla
My version of apple brown betty. There is no bottom crust.
This really low cal dessert tastes amazing, fills you up, is high in fiber and low in calories.
Fast, easy, and not too much guilt
All of the flavor and comfort of apple pie but with a healthy twist!
This is an edited version with less butter and sugar.
