Ingredients

1 package high fiber instant oatmeal--brown sugar, maple
3 apples, sliced
1 sugar free pudding--caramel or vanilla
1/4 diet maple syrup
1/4 cup 2% milk
5 sprays of Cant Believe it's Not Butter Spray
Pam cooking spray
Directions
Core and slice apples, spread in square baking pan sprayed with Pam
sprinkle dry oatmeal over apples.
Pour milk over. Let sit for 5 minutes
Spray with ICBINB spray
Bake 375 for 45 minutes
Then
Place one diet pudding in microwaves safe cup. Pour syrup over and heat for one minute. Stir well to create caramel sauce. Pour over dessert and serve!
