i love this one, loaded with protein and no powers added
awesome. i had a strawberry low fat frozen yogurt that i used instead of milk. delicious.
It was a bit thick but next time I will add more ice. I also added vanilla protein powder and i used splenda with fiber. it was the perfect meal!
Great basic recipe! I blended soy milk (2/3 cup), low fat cottage cheese (2/3 cup), plain yogurt (1/2 cup) and 3 packets of splenda together. Then I added fresh strawberies (1 cup) and blened some more. There it was a delicious, filling, and wholesome treat!
