I love this low sugars, low-fat peanut butter Cookie recipe! Yummy
These are really delicious! I used regular peanut butter but other than that followed the recipe exactly. They taste almost exactly like a regular peanut butter cookie, so great as a diabetic to have these as a low carb treat!
love um! been on lo wcarb awhile this is NICE.i did add a tbl of soy flour.and rolled a few in unsweetened cocoa flattenedyummy
I have a weekness for peanut butter cookies but thought I'd have to forgo while on the Zone Diet. But these are not only low-carb but taste awesome too.
I used Sugar Twin Brown sugar, the Splenda Sugar Blend has half real brown sugar while the Sugar Twin Brown is all sugar free, it comes in a box.
I make these using only 1/2 cup splenda, use chunky peanut butter and put a small depression in the middle and fill it with just a tad of sugar free jam, then cook. Yum!
Wonderful! I used Smucker's Organic Creamy Peanut Butter and dropped them onto the cookie sheet by a tablespoon size measuring spoon. It made 24 that way with 93.1 calories, 5.5 total fat, and 7 carbs each. It took 18 minutes to bake them.
Tasted very good, batter was sticky because I chose to use full fat natural peanut butter. Had to put criss crosses on with fork after they came out of oven There is no bake time on the recipe so had to guess.
Excellent sugar-free cookie made w/ splenda. DH and I really like them. Going to add just a little more fat which will be healthy though and add some peanuts.
Sounds yummy, but I wouldn't use the reduced fat peanut butter!
Recipe sounds yummy and is low carb! I would add some flax meal to this, for extra fibre.
