I am making this right now. But I just panicked as I was adding it to my meal planner-- the calories/nutritional info is WRONG! How can it be a 4oz serving, and 7 servings when you're using 3 lbs of roast? 4 oz servings would be 12 servings, thus throwing the numbers off!
