Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Very good we are have this recipe again tonight with out as much brown sugar and no cranberries.
Smells great! But a 20 minute cook time is inappropriate for RAW yams and carrots, which I would assume one would use. If this recipe is intended for CANNED yams please state. Also, kind of dry. Thinking of ways to zazz it up a bit without adding fat.
