Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used crushed 1/2 cup crushed Fiber One and 1/2 bread crumbs.
I was very excited about this recipe, the Old Bay Seasoning was not a hit with me. I'd prefer to use my own spice mix like dill and celery seed and a dash of salt and pepper. GREAT dipping sauce is Lite Soy Sauce and ginger. Yum Yummy!!
