This SO EASY to make it's ridiculous! I used salt, pepper and snipped fresh basil whipped in my egg whites for some extra flavor and shredded low fat cheddar cheese. There are endless spice combinations for the egg mixture and I'm going to try a bunch of them. Mexican tomorrow, ; ) Thanks its good
Tried this this morning...Made it with low fat pepper jack and added some green peppers...Delectable!
