Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I modified the recipe by using ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese, and egg substitute for the egg whites. It is a little higher in calories but still overall quite healthy. My family LOVED it!!! They licked the pan and ate what filling I didn't use by itself! Definitely make again!
