Nutrition & Calorie Comments

forego the bun & save calories
too many calories. I can eat beef for that
I'm not going to make this as the calories are way too high and like someone else here said you can make a veggie burger with extra veggies for less calories and it's just as tasty.
the taste is good and can always modify bun and cheese to cut calories
I use a sandwich thin for this and use seasoning to avoid the salt! Added onions and pureed vegetables as well~
Why the bun? Unnecessary carbs and calories.
sounds yummy... but will make it following tips for lower calorie count.
I would not make this again. I could not finish it. Even with only half the bun to cut calories it was too high for me. My DH said it was dry and he would rather have extra lean beef.
Was a little dry and awfully high in calories. I can come up with better solutions than this.
the sodium way too high. I can make a plain patty and serve with sliced tomatoes and I am satisfied.
This sounds wonderful but the sodium is too high for my blood pressure. I agree with Catlady.
