I have been using this recipe for 3 years now The only change I make is I use rice milk instead of soy milk! My family dinner has to be: kosher meat, dairy free, soy free, nut free, and sugar free. The 1st year I made one dish of this casserole, but it was so loved now I make 3 each time I cook it
