Nutrition & Calorie Comments

A little high in sodium, but delishous. Destined to become a family favorite
I was a little disappointed in the flavor, but it was easy , affordable and quick. I ended up adding some Parmesan, black pepper and garlic salt to jazz it up a bit. I also omitted the french fried onions. Thanks!
This was pretty good. I agree that the dish was a little bland. Recommend salt, pepper, and other spices be added to the chicken before cooking. I'd make it again but with some small changes for flavor.
This Rocks! I made it without the french fried onions to cut carbs and it still was wonderful.
Altho it would take more time, I think I'd prefer to make my own creamed sauce (thickened w/whole wheat flour)with fresh mushrooms. red bell pepper & onions sauteed in a tsp. of olive oil, eliminating most of the fat & sodium (almost 1/2 the daily allowance here!)
Doesn't sound low fat or low cholesterol. I plan on trying this receipe but without the ff. onions are also fattening.
Is there any way to cut down on the amount of sodium/salt?
This chicken has a very nice flavour. I love the FF Onions but they are high fat so if I am being very good next time I may not use them (but I do love them!).
Good basic recipe. Omitted the red pepper(didn't have), pepper flakes and french fried onion(fat). Used 1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms and added 1/2c. FF sourcream when all done. Served over WW egg noodles. Boyfriend loved it. Will make again, although with the peppers.
