This is my new favorite way to eat chicken! I feel that the extra fat in the yummy french fried onions is worth it.
Very good recipe. I salted and peppered the chicken pretty well to bring out the flavor of the chicken. I also added just a hint of garlic powder. Very satisfying.
So easy and good! I used 1/8 of a cup of egg beaters and it knocked the calories down to 181. You can't beat it!
