Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Can the protein powder be left out?
Drinking calories, say no to artificial sweeteners
A little high in sugars, I leave out the sweetener and add some kale or spinach for extra nutrition and an unusual color.
I understand about the frozen fruit it is very hard on blenders! So I use canned pineapples & fresh fruit it works just fine. If you don't have yogurt you can substitute fat free cottage cheese & out some vanilla extract to taste! Enjoy!
