This is extremely unhealthy. A lot of alterations would need to be made. Thanks for adding though... I will try to reduce the calories and fat on my own ;)
I make the traditional magic cookie bars with reduced-fat margarine, low-fat graham crackers, and fat-free condensed milk. We actually like them better because they aren't as rich. I also cut them into 1 1/2" squares and freeze them so that they last longer. One is enough.
