This was the first time to ever have swai fillets. Not only were the fillets tender and juicy but my picky husband thought the recipe was great! I didn't have Worchestershire sauce, however, and substituted Dale's Seasoning Sauce (reduced sodium blend) instead. Dale's is soy based and worked great!
