Ingredients

    * 1 pounds swai fillets
    * 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    * 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    * 1 clove garlic crushed
    * 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    * 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper


Directions

Place catfish in a shallow baking dish; set aside. Combine Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, paprika and pepper in large bowl; mix well. Pour over catfish and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Preheat grill or broiler. Transfer catfish to large sheet of heavy aluminum foil.

Fold up sides to form a rim; pour marinade over the catfish. Grill or broil in foil for about 5 minutes flip broil for another 5 minutes or until catfish flakes when tested with fork at the thickest part.

    I made this for supper tonight and we loved it! I would have followed this to a "t" but I didn't have any Worcestershire sauce so I substituted Braggs Liquid Aminos (it's a natural Soy Sauce alternative). We will make this again and again. - 1/13/13

    This was the first time to ever have swai fillets. Not only were the fillets tender and juicy but my picky husband thought the recipe was great! I didn't have Worchestershire sauce, however, and substituted Dale's Seasoning Sauce (reduced sodium blend) instead. Dale's is soy based and worked great! - 8/10/11
