Very good. Not sure if i believe its only 122 calories though..something seems off.
This was very delicous, I find it very hard to believe it was only 122 calories? I did make some alterations, I used frozen brocolli because I had it available, and I added the items in #5 to the chicken in step #4, it created a nice sauce to soak into the chicken. I made 1 cup rice for 2 serving.
