I left out the date sugar and the cocoa powder, opting to squeeze TJ's chocolate syrup right into my almond milk to make the chocolate milk, tossed in the banana, blueberries and spinach, and blended the stuffing out of it. Oh my, yum! Delicious smoothie! Thanks!
