Used to make my Nona's more fattening recipe, now I'll use this one. Used anchovy paste, threw in some mushrooms and olives & didn't use broth as I just added 1/2C of the starchy noodle cooking water. Save time: cook caul. & noodles together. Will add more garlic and red pepper flakes next time.
