Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was a great alternative to frying my catfish! I'm not a big fan of thyme and may not use quite as much next time but it was great. My husband and I are both on diets and I served this with fat free cole slaw and 1/2 cup baked beans. We had our own little fish 'fry'! Thanx for the recipe!
