Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I'm curious why you wouldn't substitute pumpkin for the applesauce, given that it calls for pumpkin pie spice. Pumpkin is about half the calories of applesauce and has twice the fiber. In fact, this recipe is very similar to the Applesauce Oatmeal Muffins already posted.
Easy to make (especially with the quick cook quaker oats) and so tasty! I love them warmed with smuckers sugar free rasberry jam (10cal!) and a touch of light coolwhip!
