This tasted delicious-I will definitely make it again! I used the George Forman grill and grilled it for about 15 min. because I didn't want it to be rare. - 2/3/09

So good!!!! Loved it! Very flavorful without overpoweringly spicy. Great combo. Bonus at 200 calories this is makes it even more appetizing.

This was really easy to mix up! We used fresh garlic because obviously it's way better than from the jar :) Will definitely use this again--might rub in a little less though, because it's spicy and pretty salty! - 3/20/11

    Incredible!
I tried this recipe but made a few changes...made it with venison instead and also switched out the brown sugar for honey for a natural sweetener. It was so amazing! Husband and kid requested I make this often. Thanks for the recipe. - 1/1/11

Love this recipe! It's so flavorful. It is a little difficult to get the rub to "rub" but it's so worth it. It was awesome the next day in a salad too! :) - 8/2/10

    Good
This turned out pretty good, definitely fajita-like. Cooked it under the broiler for 9 minutes a side (almost overcooked) and let it rest 5 minutes before cutting in. The rub was kind of clumpy and I'm not a huge fan of touching raw meat. - 2/8/10

Very quick and easy dish to prepare. Was hesitant when it didn't call for marinading time, but the rub was so flavorful and plentiful it didn't need any time to marinade. It was a bit of a struggle to rub the wet mixture in without it crumbling all over the floor, but well worth the effort. - 3/8/09

Really good! Wonderful flavor! This was tangy spicy rather than hot spicy. The flank steak was surprisingly tender even though I did not marinate it. - 3/4/08
