I served this with the new pork/chicken meatloaf recipe, it was good however I like it really cheesy & this is a comfort food for me and an easy over-eater dish so I used all the will power I could to only serve myself 1 cup and I felt full & satisfied with the new recipes I used for dinner. - 8/2/07

do you get these calculations from using skim milk and light velveeta? - 12/28/07

I used 2% milk and although when making my recipe I had used a reduced fat velveeta, the calculation on here was with "velveeta cheese spread" that I found in the database. I'm sure using a reduced fat or fat free cheese as well as skim milk it will bring the calories even lower.

I am thinking something is off on the calculations. I ran the same recipe the light velveeta and the calories are slightly HIGHER and the fat is the same...hmmmm. I am still making it today, but I will be curious to see how we get 10 serving out of it... - 10/31/07

There is low fat velveeta. I would bet it would be just as good with that. - 8/3/07
