Ingredients

    Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, minced 1 tsp
    Ginger, minced, 1 tsp
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup
    Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, ¼ cup, packed
    Tabasco Sauce, ¼ tsp
    White Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, ½ tsp
    Cornstarch, 1 tbsp

Directions

Heat sesame oil over medium heat in small saucepan. Add ginger and garlic and sautee for 15-30 seconds.

Add chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, Tabasco, salt, pepper, and vinegar. Bring just to a boil, stirring.

Dissolve cornstarch in enough water to liquify. Stir into sauce and heat until sauce thickens and reaches a boil. Cook for 30 seconds. Remove from heat.

    Incredible!
    This was excellent! Next time I would use a little less sugar just to see how much I can cut back on and still maintain the integrity of the recipe. I would also add more Tabasco or red pepper flakes. So yummy! - 5/3/18
