Flank Steak Marinated in a Soy Ginger Sauce
This is a favorite of mine that I found in the Eating For Life Cookbook. I absolutely love this recipe because it doesn't taste like it would be healthy, but it is. Hint: flank steak is a tough piece of meat because it is so lean, the longer you marinate the more tender your meat will be, so try to marinate it overnight.
