Ingredients

    10 oz. Flank or Skirt Steak
    4 tbsp soy sauce
    4 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp white wine vinegar
    1 tbsp minced ginger
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lime
    1 tsp crushed red pepper
    1 tsp dark brown sugar
    1 bunch scallions
    4 cups salad greens

Directions

Marinate the steak in 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp white wine vinegar, 1 clove garlic, and 1/2 tsp dark brown sugar. Let sit for several hours, or as little as 30 min.

Slice steak in half inch strips. Cook steak to desired level of done-ness (I prefer medium).

Mix up salad dressing with 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp minced ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, juice from the lime, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, and 1/2 tsp dark brown sugar.

Place 1 cup salad greens on each plate, top with sliced steak. Chop up scallions and sprinkle on top. Dress as desired.
