Ingredients

1 4-pound flank steak, sliced thin strips
2 med yellow bell peppers, cut into strips
2 med red bell peppers, cut into strips
2 med orange bell peppers, cut into strips
2 med green bell peppers, cut into strips
2 med onions, cut into strips
1 T honey
1 T ginger, ground
2 T lite soy sauce
2 T lite teriyaki sauce
2 T Worchestershire sauce
2 T garlic, minced
2 T sesame seeds
1 c water
1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
1. Mix honey, ginger, soy sauce, teriyaki, Worchestershire, garlic and sesame seeds in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a 5 quart Wok (or large skillet).
3. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Cook until tender; stirring occasionally (about 6 minutes or less depending on how you like your veggies).
4. Add flank steak. Cook until brown (about 3 minutes)
5. After vegetables are tender and steak is brown, add sauce and water. Mix well.
6. Cook for another 4 minutes or until sauce thickens.
7. Remove from heat and serve over brown rice
