Introduction
This is a favorite of mine that I found in the Eating For Life Cookbook. I absolutely love this recipe because it doesn't taste like it would be healthy, but it is. Hint: flank steak is a tough piece of meat because it is so lean, the longer you marinate the more tender your meat will be, so try to marinate it overnight. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (1 1/2 lb) flank steak
1 package sliced mushrooms
1 package dry McCormich mushroom gravy mix

10) Let steak cool for a few minutes and then slice across the grain into very thin slices( 1/8" approx.).
