    400 g. Beef, Flank Steak
    1/2 cup Soya Sauce
    1/2 tsp. Ginger
    1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder or 1 clove
    1 Tbsp. White Vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
    1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce


Prepare marinade.
Poke steak with a fork or slash with a knife on the diagonal.
Marinade steak overnight.
Barbecue approximately 8 minutes per side.
To serve, slice on the diagonal.
