Heat oil skillit over med heat
brush mustard over fish
dredge fish in almond mixture
cook 4 min on each side

It sure looks like this is the recipe I need to try. I guess I should know this since every one seems to be gettin' but me, but this looks like 2 cups of Almonds. I know that can't be, so how much of the almonds should I use? Thank you. - 8/31/10
