  I am the worst cook in the world. As a college student, I burn everything and have a difficult time getting the turn-out I would hope for. I made this for my boyfriend and I for lunch and I was amazed at how perfect it turned out. So much flavor!! Thanks for this recipe, a new favorite! - 2/16/09

  Thanks for the great idea, and for having the proportion in a single size. Most of the meals I do are just for my husband and I and with this one I didn't have to re-calculate any quantities. It tastes great too. I placed my chicken on a rack over the baking sheet and it crisped all around. Yum! - 9/21/10

  I did this recipe with center cut pork because that's what I had and I loved, loved, loved it. My boyfriend did not, which made me think less of him. (kidding) He wasn't a fan of the dijon. Neat trick with the cooking spray. I'll definitely make this again. - 9/2/10

  I used the dijon mustard idea in place of the egg wash for a normal baked chicken parmesan recipe, and it's fantastic! Thanks for the idea! I like the seasoned breadcrumbs, mozzarella, and pasta sauce too much to leave it all out. - 4/25/10

  I have a similar recipe with directions to cook on stove top with cooking spray for 3- 4 minuets each side. It is easy for the cheese to come when trying to flip them if do too soon. Baking makes it easy so this method wins for me. Great flavor with a few ingredients. No breading needed! - 11/28/17
