Loved it! Had to tweak the recipe a little because I didn't have honey mustard on hand. I used 3tbsp of just honey in place of the honey mustard and it came out great. My husband and I ate it all up and I had originally planned on leftovers! - 8/27/09

I used dijon instead of honey dijon, wrapped the fish in foil and grilled the fish. My children and even my husband (who only eats fried fish) liked this recipe. Definitely will cook this again :) - 8/3/07

The onions and mustard make a great coating. You don't realize they are onions. I wrapped in foil and put on the grill. - 6/4/07
