Ingredients

1 tbsp Canola Oil
4 boneless Pork Loin Chops
400 grams Red Potatoes (about 7- 8 small)
1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup, 98% fat free
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 pkt (1 oz) Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
1 tbsp Paprika
Directions
1. Heat oil in large skillet.
2. Brown pork chops in oil.
3. While chops are browning, wash potatoes (leave skin on) and cut into bite-size chunks.
4. Remove chops from skillet.
5. Add soup, milk & dressing mix to skillet, mix well.
6. Add potatoes, stir to coat, then add pork chops.
7. Sprinkle with paprika.
8. Reduce heat to med-low, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until chops are cooked and potatoes are tender.

very good, but I only added 1T. of ranch mix and it was flavorful enough without the extra sodium. My husband loved this! I will be making this more often. I like that it is a quick meal made in one skillet. A quick veggies side dish or salad and a complete meal is on the table in <45 min. - 9/27/12

I made this last night and it was amazing! Even hubby liked it, even though he hates everything i make if it's not steak or fish. I used cream of chicken soup because I didn't have cream of mushroom, and I used Lawry's Seasoning Salt instead of paprika. Will try next time w frozen veggies. - 6/27/12

I was looking for something quick and easy with a "ranch flavor" after returning from the gym. I had already thawed out my pork chops, so it was just a matter of minutes before lunch was served. Expected it to be a little more flavorful, but still very tasty! I would definately make it again! - 11/7/11
