Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1/2 cup white flour
    1/2 cup whole grain flour
    1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal (NOT instant)
    1 cup low-fat milk
    1 tbsp oil
    Strawberry or other jam

Directions

Beat eggs and milk until just mixed.
Add flours, oatmeal, and oil. Mix well.
Pour onto a cookie sheet covered with baking paper.
Bake at 225 C (430 F) for 20 minutes or until brown.
Serve topped with a teaspoon of jam or jelly.

    These really are decent. I also added cinnamon, one packet of Splenda, and nutmeg. Also, I put blueberries on them. I was thinking about adding them to the mix. We shall see. - 2/1/09

    Not sure if it came out the way it was supposed to but everyone I've made it for loved it! Try it was Sugar-free syrup--gives it a sweeter taste with hardly any calories. - 11/27/07
