Ingredients

Strawberry Pie
Crust:
1/2 C Butter
2 T Splenda
1 1/2 C Flour
Filling:
1 C Splenda
5 T Corn Starch
1/4 tsp Salt
2 C Water
1 Small package Strawberry Jell-O, sugar fee 0.3 oz (8.5 g)
~ 5 C Sliced Strawberries
Mix butter, sugar and flour. Press into 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350° F for 10 minutes. Cook splenda, cornstarch, salt, water and Jell-O until thick. Pour over fresh sliced strawberries arranged on the crust and cool. Serve with Cool whip or whipping cream.
