Introduction

A pie made by my daughter for her Keepers At Home class. She is 9 years old. A pie made by my daughter for her Keepers At Home class. She is 9 years old.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    graham cracker crust
    8 oz light cream cheese
    tub of fat free whipped topping
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 cup smooth creamy peanut butter

Directions

Mix all ingredients and blend about 2 minutes with electric blender. Pour into pie crust and chill about 4 hours.

Cut into 16 servings. These are small slices but this pie is very rich and that is really all you need. Even my husband enjoyed slices this small.
