Introduction

A wonderful mix of sweet, tart and tangy. A great addition to any dark green salad mix. A wonderful mix of sweet, tart and tangy. A great addition to any dark green salad mix.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    3 cups fresh cranberries
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    2 oz pomegranate juice
    2 oz fresh orange juice
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

Rinse fresh cranberries.
In a cooking pot add the cranberries, one cup of water and 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Add the cranberry mixture with all the other ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Use the dressing over the green salad of your choice.
