    1 16 oz can of cannellini beans
    1 19 oz can of italian flavored stewed tomatoes
    3 cups of cooked whole wheat pasta
    1 bag of mixed vegetables of your choice
    3 cups of water


Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a pot - simmer.

    Incredible!
    Really great and super easy. I made it with vegetable stock, instead of the water. Used a bag of Italian Mixed Veggies. I have made this TWICE now. It's sooo good. And HEALTHY. Oh yeah, and I use Dreamfield's Pasta - it's the best low carb pasta out there. - 1/21/08
