Really great and super easy. I made it with vegetable stock, instead of the water. Used a bag of Italian Mixed Veggies. I have made this TWICE now. It's sooo good. And HEALTHY. Oh yeah, and I use Dreamfield's Pasta - it's the best low carb pasta out there. Submitted by:
