Kept the salt out of the spices. Mixed 1/2 spices into 2 tbls of quinoa flour. Then dipped my skinless/boneless chicken breast into skim milk & rolled in plain spice mixture. Then redipped it in egg whites & finally rolled it in spiced quinoa flour. Baked at 350 for 35 min. SO GOOD!!! - 12/6/13

There is a step missing if you want A KFC clone. Dredge in flour mixture, egg/milk mixture, and dredge in flour mixture again. Needs more salt. Tellacherry pepper should be used. - 2/13/15
