I made this for dinner last night. It was great. I made a few changes and included diced cucumber and fresh tomatoes instead of sundried. Simply wonderful - 11/3/09

I made this for dinner tonight, and it was amazing! I used fresh tomatoes, and used chicken stock in the couscous. This will be a regular dish every month. Perfect! - 8/20/12

    Incredible!
First time I've made couscous but it will not be the last! This was absolutely yummy and we didn't leave any on our plates.
Made the recipe as written except using some parmesan cheese because I didn't have enough feta cheese.

    O.K.
This was a new flavor combo for our family. We're so accustomed to Italian or Mexican seasonings. We all want to like it! I added 10 oz of thawed spinach and omitted the dressing. Perhaps that omission significantly changed the flavor. - 3/23/11

    Incredible!
This is fabulous! We make it regularly (goes wonderfully with lamb). I use vegetable broth instead of water and green olives or chopped capers instead of black olives. If my daughter is watching, I also skip the dressing and it turns out fine... she thinks she doesn't like Greek dressing... - 6/8/09

Wonderful. This was so good. I made it for dinner last night and had leftovers. I warmed it up and had it with a salad for lunch. It was just as good the next day. - 7/12/08
