I was hoping for a recipe for the fish. Have red fish in my freezer and this looked like it would have been something my husband would like on his recently caught fish. - 3/21/13

The frozen fish is toxic and I wouldn't eat it for anything! Use fresh instead and any kind will do. - 3/13/13

Sounds good I am just looking for a way to do this without buying their product that seems to be full of sodium & fat. I do my veggies like that with a small amount of oil for yrs.
